Hondacura World (Tim) has generously donated not one, but TWO MDX accessories to be given away at the upcoming 3rd Annual Big CR-V/MDX Scrub in St. Augustine, FL on Saturday, February 16. Sorry, but you'll have to click on the link below in my sig line to see what he's donated :p BTW, for those of you planning on attending from out of town, the Daytona 500 is gonna be held the next day (Sun 17th) not too far from St. Augustine, so be sure to make your hotel reservations early while you still can.

Hmmm, could it be a burl shift knob and a cargo net? :p

Actually it's a shift knob and a separation net. Unless you're using a separation net for cargo on your MDX. ;)

Yep, William is correct. Tim has contributed the Seperation Net, not to be confused with the Cargo Net. The Seperation Net is a $78.00 value (that's Tim's price, the suggested retail price is actually much more) and is the big net that keeps your dogs from climbing from the cargo area into the 2nd row seat :p The Cargo Net is the smaller net used to keep your groceries in check and is priced at $37.70. The other item that Tim donated (since Todd has spilled the beans :D ) is the Burlwood Shift Knob, valued at $88.40 (again, this is Tim's nice price, much lower than suggested retail).

Pics of both items can be seen at Tim's Hondacura World website ( http://www.hondacuraworld.com ).

Hmmm...with all these great prizes maybe I should change the meeting place from the Caddyshack in St. Augustine and "forget" to mention the new one :p Thanks again Tim!
How many people do you plan on having attend? Maybe I could convince management here to let me go :D
Good question, at the first Scrub we had just 2 CR-Vs, and at last year's 2nd Annual we had 4 CR-Vs (plus a 4 Runner). So my realistic goal for this year's 3rd Annual Scrub is to continue the exponential growth rate. This means I'm hoping for 8 attendees. One of the reasons I moved it from the Ocala Nat'l Forest to the World Golf Village is to make it easier and quicker for people to get to. The last big CR-V meet up in Baltimore (world's largest AFAIK) had 20 CR-Vs from all over, so my unrealistic goal would be to top that. I think it's doable since we are combining CR-Vs and MDXs and have some really nice prizes to give away.

Maybe you can convince management to let you drive down in an NSX :p
