Front camera on 2019 MDX blurred after 13k miles. Dealer want over $1,000 to replace the camera. Denied warranty as they say the front lense is distressed and customer relations was likewise uncooperative. Seems like a crazy design to put a fragile lense on the front of the car and make it so difficult to repair. In my (engineering) opinion, the design should be more robust or if not, at least easier to replace. I feel like the guinea pig here for a poorly designed product. Anyone else having problems with front camera and/or found a more efficient repair?
