I took my 2016 Acura MDX Tech in with 7500 miles on it because I could hear a flutter noise coming from the engine. The noise was more pronounced when I idle up against a building. The technician drove and heard two noises. One is the timing belt warble and chirp and the other was the high pressure fuel pump chirping.

So the dealership performed both bulletins 16-008 and 14-025. Which where replacing the high pressure fuel pump and installing a timing belt idler shim kit. Both noises are gone now but my question is if they replaced the pump with the same design is it not going to come back? Is concerning having to replace these at 7500 miles. Has anyone else had similar problems?
