Hey mulsmdx, I know when I started looking at the MDX, it was in Feb. & the "residual" was at 56% from Honda Motor Co. Buy the time we made a deal on a vehicle coming into the dealer, set up the paper work, etc., the residual on a lease changed to 54%. The rate factor didn't change, but I'm sure that at any given time, the "rules" can change. Sorry, just enjoy the MDX. It's probably well worth it, I know ours is
