2007 Acura MDX Short Caused Engine Fire: 2 Complaints

After I DIY-ed HFL removal, went to carcomplaints to see what kind of potential hazards could be out-there waiting for me. Then see this. Kind of concerned. What could have gone wrong for these two unfortunate owners? Anything can be done now to address it?

Looks like it is due to AC compressor relay, look at complaint #6. Lucky it is an easy fix.

In 07 Acura sold almost 60K MDXs... You saw 2 complaints...
That's about 0.002% of MDXs, I should not worry about those low odds.

few sources of ignition that are easy to spot.

Complaint 1 said all the lights turned on, I'd imagine the alternator seized, belt kept rubbing against the seized alternator and caught fire.

complaint 2, perhaps the same as #1 or a power steering fluid leak onto the hot engine/catalyst. TL's were recalled for this and had an updated pipe installed.
