Driving in N.Y.C & Mileage

I guess the mileage will get a little better once I break it in and replace the oil with mobile 1.
Since I have some new yorkers responding,I have a few more questions if you don't mind.
-Has anyone put in a entertainment system (DVD-Screen)
-Remote Starter.
