Did some digging around before I decided to post about this. The leather on my driver's side armrest (center console) is starting to bubble and tear. I've checked with several OEM vendors about replacing the piece, but it appears a bit costly (North of $250). Even though I'm willing to consider it, the piece is backordered without an ETA. Are there any other options besides gluing the eBay replacement leather to the original piece? TIA

I had the same issue.
The cover is not real leather.
I got a set from ebay, for $20. TYPE: mdx center console cover
I went to Tandy Leather and bought their "permanent double sided tape" ($6)
I watched a couple of you tube videos. The 1st one, below, is the way I went.
