Driver side door mirror replacement

Hi this is my first post on here so I’m not exactly sure how it works. But does anyone know approximately how much this would cost to get replaced? Is there any way that I can fix it on my own? It’s mainly the top that is bugging me, but I know it’s not a huge deal. Is it worth replacing? I have a 2011 MDX. Thank you!

What's nice is that's the shell and it can be replaced without replacing the whole mirror:

I recommend replacing the mirror motor or greasing your old one to prevent failure. You can buy a used mirror from ebay.

Turning signal has quit on both my side view mirrors. Told can't fix unless replace the complete mirror. Told that would be $700 per mirror. Ridiculous. 2014MDX Tech. 114000 miles.
