I usually drive with my stereo on, so I didn't really notice this until recently. When I drive over a speed bump, the whole front end makes this non-metallic thuds that sounds somewhat like tires bouncing against the ground, but louder. It occurs mostly when coming down from the speed bump rather than when going over it. I hear it also when I drive over potholes and rough pavements. I always thought that it was just normal but I'm beginning to wonder if this is the "thud." Is this the "thud," and has anyone taken their MDX to Acura of Portland for the thud fix? Thanks.
