I am using the following on the non leather surfaces in the interior. Nice clean look, not glossy at all.

Meguiar's Quik Interior Detailer - 16 oz | Detailed Image

I make sure to use microfiber clothes when applying it since the plastic wood does get swirls into it just like your exterior would.

If you do a search you will find several posts from members looking for ways to remove said swirls and scratches.

In my car, I use the following.

Dash surfaces get light wipe with Woolite mixed 1:12 with distilled water, and regular dustings with a swiffer wand.

Faux wood surfaces are clear-coated, and thus are treated just as the exterior paint, with gentle polishing/waxing as needed, and gentle wipes with Griot's Garage Speed Shine.

Display windows/LCD screens all get dustings with the swiffer wand.
