I use the rear RCA ports to connect my phone for music (RCA to 3.5mm audio cable).
Somehow I damaged the ports internally so now the audio only plays through the right speaker. If I use the radio or CD, audio plays through both speakers. I have also tested with another RCA-3.5mm audio cable.

What are my options to fix this? I haven’t gone to Acura yet, wanted to get the community’s thoughts first.

2 options, take apart the rear console and fix the jack or buy an adapter such as Isimple. I used to use the 3.5mm jack but got tired of it and installed isimple module and it works well with my iphoneX. There's a USB port in it so you can probably use an android device too.

Taking the rear console apart only takes a few minutes. Search for HFL unplug and it's part of the procedure.
