Or forget about it and let it leaks if the oil is not gushing out or dripping on the ground overnight? I noticed the leak has accumulated underneath the engine as weeks and months went by but I didn’t noticed any oil losses from this.

Mines been leaking for over a year now as the dealership states (oil pump seal) , although no drips on the ground or near the engine area. I don’t notice a oil loss so I’m going to just let it do it’s thing lol. They quoted like 1300 Canadian to fix it. Most of it is just labour.
Check Facebook and see if there are any Acura or Honda car clubs.
join and ask if there recommend any mechanics.
I'll bet that a couple of ASE Acura and Honda mechanics work side jobs on the weekend. They usually don't do fluid changes, but cash in on the big jobs.
You could try those stop-leak additives you pour into your engine. With age, the seals can harden and become less effective. The stop-leak additives are around $10 and work by re-conditioning the seals to become soft and pliable again. It's worth a try before going the much more expensive route of replacing the seals.
I have it changed when I first bought the X. At that visit, I did all 100k service as well. The rear main seal alone costs almost $1400-1500 i need to check the Receipt again. Mine also change another seal, I forgot the name, as well because it is in the same area. So far no more dripping oil. The did it at he dealer because it is convenient. I got the loaner and they really make sure everything is ok. If u plan to keep the car for long like I do, then do it.
Thinking about rear main seal, I thought about the dealer that I bought this car from, they really cleaned the bottom well that I did not notice the leak. Stupid me.
Okay, to summarize:
1. I knew about at205
2. I knew about a fancy scan tool
3. I knew about the plastic
4. I knew about Toyota's Achilles heel (door handles)
Do I need to tell you that your car is junk or an endless money pit, if it's not a 94 Celica?
