Hey all..

i got a 2017 mdx ... is anyone else with a '17 having issues with their chrome trim peeling off? the i have two areas suffering bad quality chrome, lower trim under the front license plate bumper and rear right triangle type window behind the rear passenger door.

Under warranty, i know this will be replaced but geezz i have own the mdx for 2 weeks.

First time getting of this for me. Sounds like their chroming process has problems now. Hmm...

Chrome Trim Peeling off on Acura 2017 MDX

I am having the same issue and started noticing a couple months after getting the car. It has been 6 months and has gotten worse on multiple trim parts. I am going to call the dealer soon and see what they will do.

Mom's 2020, rear cargo molding peeling after 4 months. Terrible craftmanship. also completely unneccessary place to put chrome decor.
