Real basic questions on cargo covers.

How difficult to install/remove?
Any drilling?
Color(s) to match saddle interior?
Impact on third seat?
Any reason not to get one?

Thanks in advance.

1. Extreemly easy to install, and I am NOT a DIY'er (5 min max, including taking it out of the box).

2. No drilling.

3. I believe Saddle is available. I have black however.

4. Must remove if third row is used. (30 seconds).

5. No reason not to have one IMHO. I consider it mandatory

There are 2 positions that you can install/attach the cargo cover.
1. With the 3rd row down, you can attach it closer to the back of the 2nd row, and you full coverage of the trunk area.
2. With the 3rd row up, you can attach it behind the 3rd row (closer to the tailgate). IMO, this position is mainly for storing the cover inside the car when you have the 3rd row up.

Not difficult to install, but can be bulky and awkward. You stick the left side into the slot and pull back on the spring loaded right side while putting it into its slot. NO DRILLING (Slots are built in).

We have the saddle interior.

It can be used in conjunction with the third seat (there are two slots). However the rearward slot is somewhat trivial since there is not much room when the third seat is in use. If you plan on using the third row seats full time I see "less" use for the cover.

I highly recommend one especially if third seat use is part time.

Thanks guys. Saw that others had some concerns about the space between the 2nd seat and the cargo cover, but I'm going for it.

The space is there mainly to allow either or both of the second-row seatbacks to be reclined (maybe 3-4 inches, something like that).

I guess if it's mandatory, there's no reason to not get one during Tim's sale month -- at 10% off his already great price of $109 it's under a hundred bucks and must be obtained!
