2004 mdx =. Had the VSA warning light come on. Found a way to reset by shorting #9 to ground and turning on the key. Inadvertently shorted out #16 now the car turns over but won't start. Looking for a blown fuse or help figuring this out.

Pull every fuse and visually inspect until you find the blown one. Inadvertently shorted a connection in my 2d generation last week when installing a backup camera system. Had same turn over but not starting symptom, ended up being a 7.5 amp fuse for the gauges. No rhyme or reason to what fuse blew....

Check the #6 fuse in the driver's side under-dash fusebox, and #92 in the auxillary fuseholder 2. They are associated with both the VSA and the immobilizer.
