Don't buy from Keyes Acura in Van Nuys. They do not negotitate in good faith.

I arranged to trade in my existing car with them 2 weeks ago. When it came time to pick up the new MDX and drop off the car, they changed the trade in value to 1/2 of what was told to us two weeks before.

The reason they cited was it was now 2002 and the value of the car dropped by 50%. They also said the Kelly Blue Book was a certain figure and they LIED right to my face.

I will also be reporting VAN NUYS KEYES ACURA TO HONDA NORTH AMERICA. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TWISTED DEALERSHIP......

There is no way I was going to let them screw me on the trade in. I'm selling it on my own.


By the way, does anyone know how to communicate a complaint to Acura Corporate????
