Compressed air
I have found that a couple of quick shots from a can of compressed air works wonders in keeping the screen and the instrument panel relatively clean and clear. This won't solve all of the static clingies but the fewer times I actually have to swipe those plastic panels (very susceptible to scratching and smudging) the better.
