Depends whether noise is belt squeak (possible weak spring) or bearing rattle from one of idlers. Belt also can cause a squeak for sure. See following.

I recently had a persistent squeak w/ a new belt that required a "shorter" (84" vs 84.5") belt to stop squeak. Previous new belt (squeaker) could be installed w/o removing PS suction line. Replacement new belt req'd PS hose removal to have enough swing on tensioner swing tool (two linked combination wrenches).

It is possible. To take off the tensioner pulley, you need a vise or impact gun. To put it back on, you need a torque wrench or impact torque tube/stick. Also remember that bolt is a left hand thread bolt. Check out the price on RockAuto. Buying the whole kit (complete tensioner + pulley + belt) is way cheaper than buying those pulleys alone, relatively speaking.
