I've only seen a pic of the black manik tail light guards on a silver 'X. I just ordered some for my black 'X. I was thinking the chrome might look awesome, but I figured the black was probably a better choice. Anyway, if anybody has a pic of the manik rears, black or chrome, on a black 'X I'd appreciate seeing it. I did a search but could only find the thread with the manik catalogue pics and the thread with the pics of the silver 'X with black maniks all around. Mine will be here in a few days but I was hoping to get a sneak peek of what they'll look like

I agree with the nays. I think the front would look cool with some Brahma bars and would keep your front protected from bumper dings and scratches, but not the rear. It just looks silly and looks like it doesn't fit. I am planning on just adding Bars to the front( I will wait to see what WAAG has to offer) and probably a hidden hitch to the rear to keep people from parking to close and to carry skis and mountain bikes.

Hmmm...now you guys got me worried Oh well, I will find out for myself in a few days I figure the black rears will be a very subtle addition on a black 'X, and will help camouflage (without significantly reducing light output) the tail light lenses which IMO are rather odd looking, both in size and shape.

I think that they would look better on black than any other color. The black guards would give your "X" a bold look without being too overpowering.
