Where are you when you're smelling it? If its inside, it could be a leak in the heater core or associated hoses. Under the hood, look at the heater valve (passenger side firewall, with a cable going it). They're known to drip some coolant, and it'll fall on or near the exhaust, making the smell more obvious.
