air coming out of vents when off

is it normal for air to come out of the vents when the ac / and heat is off? it doesnt blow that hard but just enough that you can feel it i have to hit the mode button somtimes so it comes out on the floor and not on me??

When moving air can be forced through the vents....I never take mine off of Auto 68
