Hi!
It's been a while since I last posted.
I recently traded my 2014 MDX Navi to a 2017 MDX Elite.
I was able to transfer rubber floor mats, cargo net, and roof rack.
When I asked the dealership to move the advance running board, they refused stating that it is not compatible!
Is there anybody who has similar predicament?
Or maybe the dealership would like me to shell out an extra Cad$1100 +change? :(:frown2::mad:

Unless you are talking about the sport running boards, Acura did change the procedure for installing the running boards. They now make you remove the chrome strip on the bottom of the vehicle and have a new piece of trim to go there. Technically the running board can be installed the same way, but that would not be against Acura's authorized instructions.

If you want to DIY, then the link neoshi provided is a good step by step reference.

Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated.
BTW, I ended up letting them install the Chrome Running boards because they gave me 20% discount on parts and labour.
