This is one I am definitely interested in

I just picked up our MDX yesterday..and even asked the dealer about a wheel and tire purchase for the spare...since from looking under the vehicle there seems to be enough room to mount the full size spare and wheel without any trouble

Question: Has anyone does this yet and how much ground clearance are you giving up in the process?

I need to call Tim and make this purchase along with a few more accessories..

I've done it, as have many other members. You give up no appreciable clearance. The muffler shield is lower. You gain peace of mind. Do a search -- somebody as I recall posted pictures of how the truck looks with the full size spare in place.
