I just purchased a 2017 MDX on Dec 21/17 and I can’t connect to it with my app. I checked for Acuralink service and it says check antenna. Has anyone else expreienced this? It did work when I first got it then for whatever reason it won’t

Maybe a silly question, but is your vehicle in a location that has good reception with AT&T?

If yes, then I'd have the dealer service department take a look.

On your overhead panel look for a green light by the "Link" button. Then check your settings for the status of your AcuraLink subscription. Easy fix is to press the overhead link button and talk to the AcuraLink people.
