I just purchased a 2017 MDX on Dec 21/17 and I can’t connect to it with my app. I checked for Acuralink service and it says check antenna. Has anyone else expreienced this? It did work when I first got it then for whatever reason it won’t
On your overhead panel look for a green light by the "Link" button. Then check your settings for the status of your AcuraLink subscription. Easy fix is to press the overhead link button and talk to the AcuraLink people.
I had the same issue on a 2015 CPO, and it turned out to be that AcuraLink had to switch the service from the prior owner. A phone call resolved it. I agree with the suggestion to call Acura from the overhead button to see if it works. If not call AcuraLink. AcuraLink | Acura Owners Site
