What is the functional difference between the Blue LINK button and the Red ASSIST button on 2016 MDX's?
Does the Assist button connect to a different service number than the service number where the Blue Link button connects?
Does pressing of the Assist button (or automatic activation of "Assist" due to an event such as air-bag deployment) "latch" until connected with the service, thus preventing any method of hanging up or canceling the call?
Do both the Blue Link button and the Red Assist button utilize the same internal cellular radio and frequency band(s)?
What could cause the "Assist" button to not work, (it responds with a verbal message that service is not activated), but pressing the Blue Link button connects with "Link" personnel that state service "is activated" at the premium level?
