2022 MDX is on sales starts 2/2/2022. Let's get a poll of sale price.

If you purchase/order one, please included trim and dealer location.

If it is over MSRP, was it unwanted accessories included on the MDX?

im working on a deal with the local dealer on 2023 Type S advance. Dealer agreed to do $71,500 and got them to throw in all weather mats + wheel locks. This is where it gets difficult. I have a trade in and I got a quick online quote at carmax which seems reasonable but dealer said they are no where close.. they have yet to give me the number on dealer trade in. any advice on what you guys would do in this case? I really don't want to go to 2 different places TBH.
I would guess they are trying to make up for the discount by lowballing your trade in.....I would insist that they give you a number before you sign up....if the trade in number makes no sense, then either walk or sell the trade in yourself.....as noted above, be sure to consider the sales tax if it applies.
Can I ask again what is a reasonable target price now for a 2023 technology package, AWD? Does anyone have recent data/experience?
If you're in the Northeast or Mid-Atlantic, check out these two brokers who can get 7% to 8% off MSRP on non Type S models. Even though they work on leases, the discount applies to purchases as well and you can either get it shipped to where you are for a fee or can fly to the dealer area and drive back.

MDX in Canada went up in price by 1000 to 1500 since Monday are they expecting parts shortage again ?

I wouldn’t settle for less than 3k off MSRP. Also at least get high end of KBB for your trade.

Thank you. I am not trying to get an S Type. Just a regular tech SH-AWD. This is helpful. I'm not trying to win the best deal in America contest, but I want to strike a fair deal and make sure I understand what is realistic.

Thanks, again.

I've been in contact with Leasehacker -Off Sticker Price. The gentleman does indeed offer an 8% off MSRP deal. Can I ask for feedback on the experience of others who have dealt with him? I would be dealing with him at a significant distance and would need references to commit.

Thanks.

You may want to run this offer by your local dealer(s). They will very likely to match it. I got my 2023 A-Spec for $57,490 (MSRP $61,754) end of last month. This month I got many calls offering me better deals. Roughly $1,200-$1,300 better. I suspect Acura added some cash incentive. Many dealer in NYC area have between 100 and 200 MDXes in stock. They have to let them go ASAP.

They have 100 to 200 in stock! wow that is a huge amount
Got my 23 MDX Advance today. Was able to negotiate $3,400 off MSRP, with no other contracts/add ons except $130 for wheel locks.

Dealer matched the Carmax offer for trade as well.

Really happy with the outcome. Had to speak with a lot of dealers to find a couple that were willing to negotiate.

Can you share if the price you have got for a-spec is for lease or financing? Thanks!
I picked up an Apex Blue Pearl A-spec for $55K (finance) this weekend. Roughly $6400 off MSRP which is well below invoice. The deals are out there, but you have to do the research and work.

Wow that seems crazy. Did you have other profit in the deal for them? (Like a trade?)

Reading this plus the other thread where someone noted 15 MDXs at a dealer....things changing quickly for these smug Acura dealers it seems. It was only last year where some sales kid was telling me they require a 10K market adjustment haha. I should go back and ask him to clarify if he meant a NEGATIVE adjustment haha

No, I didn't make a trade-in with them. One dealership severely low-balled me and the dealership that I ended up buying from wasn't horrible, but I knew I could get better on my own and I did two days later.

As for the market, in comparison to last year, it has definitely changed. But tbh, I got lucky buying at the end of the month in a season that is typically slow this time of year. I also had to drive about 150 miles from my area to get this deal. My local dealer certainly weren't as willing. All said, it was well worth the effort and drive. LOVE this car so far!

May I know the location of this dealership. Trying to see if these deals are local or national level.

It's an insane deal. Did it include any factory rebates?
Sorry for the delay guys - I got the car in Maryland. The dealership is Acura of Laurel.

Keep in mind that the trim, color combo, time of month and I'm sure other factors such as how many of a specific model a dealer has on the lot go into the deals they are able to offer. I live in PA and the dealers in my area just weren't willing to do as much. I did find one dealer that was about $500 more, but again, they didn't have the color combo I wanted.

-No, I didn't qualify for any incentives or rebates.

Thanks for the info ...Yeah its work getting a "deal" but worth it...Va dealer (Pohanka offered 1k off MSRP not worth the 2.5 hour drive) on a Type S Advance...we kept it moving...I'm spending the wifes money and she is in no rush...

Just purchased the 2023 A Spec for my dad (Liquid Carbon/Red)

Got 3.5K Off the sticker( including 1k conquest offer)

We are in SoCal (Los Angeles) , this is probably as good as it gets. I agree it's a different market now (same dealer offered 2k above MSRP just 6 month ago)
