I'm new here and not a DIYer.

Bought my 2017 MDX, Advance Package, new. It used to ride much better. I traverse a lot of potholes and dips each day getting my kids to school. I'm ready to invest in something to make my ride better (accustomed to Lexus ride). I drive in comfort mode 100% of the time. Highway is fine but surface streets are terrible. (Alignments is fine, struts are in good condition, etc). My car simply feels bouncy and uncomfortable. I did realize that my tires were inflated on the low end- 32-34 PSI. I now have them a 38PSI per my tire guy's recommendation. I'm willing to spend around $1000 to make this a better ride. What ideas do you have for this? I won't do it myself, I'll go to our mechanic and have him do it.

I’ll suggest trying two things that are free:

1) Set the tire pressure as per the manufacture’s label on the drivers door jam. 38 psi will make the car ride slightly “rougher” than a lower pressure would.

2) Try out the normal and sport settings in the dynamic mode. See if those make any difference to your perception of the ride.
