Odds are.. It can, since its only a Facelift model.
But I wonder about the location of sensors and such for ACC, etc.

It will take a bumper, fenders, headlights, grille, hood, fog lights/covers, and who knows about the wheel well liners, bumper beam, and front support frame. Don't expect it to be cheap at all.

That change is substantially easier given that most of the parts use the same attachment points and the change doesn't require all the front end panels from the firewall on forward to be changed. And then like skirmich mentioned, we have a lot more electronics now embedded into things like our grille. I've done my share of JDM front ends in my past cars but won't do it to current generation vehicles anymore.

Just to confirm, Can a 2017 Rear and front bumper be installed on a 2015?

I'll need to double check but the rear is almost a direct swap but the front is like i mentioned above and takes considerable other parts.
