I bought my 2016 model back to December 2015. My car VIN is not in that 9-speed transmission TSB specified VIN range.

I just found the transmission on my car has an abnormal issue, not sure if your car has the same one.

The issue is every time when I push the break to gradually speed down my car on the local way, I can feel my car will suddenly move forward a little bit (surge?) just right before completely stopping.

Very annoying.

Call ACR and start a case with a case manager to tell them that 15-054 excludes your VIN but you are exhibiting the symptoms of surging while braking. What is your build date by the way (look on the driver's door frame for the placard)?

Yeah mine still does that, I asked my dealer to apply the update and I am sure they didnt do it. It took 8 hours to change the oil, and they didnt look at any of the issues I pointed out.
