Recently moved back to AK and have had intermittent issues starting my vehicle. Usually if not started daily it needed a quick jump. This time the battery is charged. It would sound as if it would turn while being charged then just move to clicking. Lights, cd, a/c, and dash lights work. After a few times now the auto door locks don’t work. Has to be manually locked. Any ideas?

Ten to one it is either the battery, connections, or the alternator. Use a voltmeter to check the charging system. Voltage at the battery should be in the range of 13.8 to 14.4 volts with the engine running. When fully charged, the battery should be 12.6 to 12.8 volts with engine off. The voltage when cranking should stay above 9.6 volts.
