How do you remove this black plastic bumper spacer that is near the front fender? I have removed the three screws that are attached to the frame. This plastic frames makes it very hard to remove the last headlight screw.

I just bought a new one for my passenger side, because the old one is not holding the bumper well anymore. I will take a look at it to determine what holds it on. In my prior experience, they are either held on by machine screws, or by integrated plastic spring clips (which is what I'm betting in this case).
