Copper head, when you switch out batteries you have to "set" each window.....otherwise you will experience exactly what you are describing....hope this helps!

Speaking about battery, recently changed my battery, 4 letters, PITA.

No space, no space & yes no space. Wish our OEM battery had a handle.

I have a 2007 MDX Elite 20th Anniversary Edition which seems to be an electrical lemon.... The Handsfree link just died but comes back to life for 5-10 minutes every couple of weeks, the auto seat adjust starts to work but then stops so you need to push the button like 5 times to get the seat and mirrors in the final position, at random when you unlock the truck with one tap of the remote all the windows and sunroof open and no I'm not holding down the button, I am on my third battery in a year and it only has 90,000KM or under 60,000 Miles, Anyone HELP PLEASE!!
The driver seat preset issue is most likely due to bad side mirror actuators. There is a TSB addressing this. You might even get some goodwill warranty consideration if you have a nice dealership to work with.

I might have wrongly blamed the memory module earlier. The common problem is, as mentioned here, actually with the mirror actuators.

Interesting bit about the battery as well. In many luxury cars you can't simply hook up a new battery. BMWs can require hours of shop time with a battery change to calibrate all of the systems.

Electrical problems are my biggest complaint. Have replaced HFL once, seat memory works when it wants to, CD player use to click, and now my passenger side windows don't work at all. Mechanically the SUV is sound. My 2007 has 78000miles and in the last 3 yrs all I have done is brakes, tires and regular oil changes.

I used to have a seat memory issue, but it seems to have gone away for the last little while after our lengthy highway trip. I have a feeling that all the electronics in the MDX draws too much juice out of the battery. Also, I turned off the mirror tilting down when reversing, since I don't need it.

Thanks for directing me to truedelta.com! I recently bought a 2010 MDX, and it seems, based upon your findings, that I lucked out and got a model year with relatively little problems. I've joined the site and registered my MDX, along with my wife's 2011 TSX, and look forward to adding to your information!
