Well, we have a 21 week old girl who is taking up every spare square inch of our home. As we started looking into plans for building our next, they grew and grew and... Suddenly an MDX is standing in the way of that rec room I want so bad. )

Just wanted to let everyone know that the MDX sold this morning for $33,500. Maybe that will give you all an idea of what they're bringing. Had lots of calls at $34K, and a couple of buyers at $33,5K.
