It's Actually $5000 over MSRP

A premium MDX for $41,000!!! That's over $5000 + MSRP!!!! This has been in EBAY for a while. They must be on CRACK if they think someone will buy this at that price.

still, you don't pay $5000 tax on a $37,000 vehicle!! that's 15% tax!! last time i lived in NJ, the tax was 6% :) (except Elizabeth neighborhood - where it's 3%)

That's a base+nav. Maybe adding in tax, but isn't the seller (carson18) a used-car dealer???

In every transaction, the seller is entitled to name his price. However, it's upto the buyer to pay or not. Just 'cos someone is asking $41K for a $34K, this does not correctly reflect the supply/demand situation. It's like the after market trading on the stock exchange. It's not real. The real thing happens during the market hours.

I'd have to somewhat disagree on the last statement..

True, the real price for anything these days is determined by how much is the buyer willing to pay - however, if the MDX's were selling at Invoice + $500 (due to lack or respect or horrible economy status) - the price of the above mentioned WOULD be $34K or even less..
