Hi Guys,
Need Help, I have a 08 mdx sport, tons of noises coming from front end. Jacked up front and moved 18 inch wheels at 3 and 9 oclock, about 1/2 to 1inch of play, Can the inner tie rods be replaced on a 08 mdx sport? Mechanic says you have to do the whole rack, I hope that is not the case as you have to drop the subframe to do the whole rack. Can you replace inner and outer tie rods on a 08 mdx sport???? All post seem to be for the no sport version. This car is costing me tons of money I dont have. PLEASE HELP if you can.

I had an 07, the steering rack had a weapage. But never left any fluid on the ground. It's very expensive to replace the rack. I replaced the outer tie rod ends, inner was fine. Replaced the sway bar end links, shocks you can use the regular KYB, they just won't be electronic damping anymore. The top hats make a clunk noise over bumps when bad.
