Problem: Around 1625 to 1650 Rpms (40, 55-60mph), the vehicle makes a deep rumbling noise.

Took to three shops. First said power steering line. Wrong

Second: Torque converter (wrong, but was very plausable)

Third: Motor mounts. Wrong

It turned out on my vehicle, the previous owner backed into something and hit the exhaust. It ended up pushing too close too the cross member up front, there for cussing the exhaust to vibrate against it at those RPMS/ speed.

Not saying this is the problem to everyones, but could be a solution for someone.

I ended up putting on 6 washers to lower that cross member a little bit and it fixed the problem. Three washers on two of the three bolts.
