So I'm looking at doing a suspension refresh on my 05 MDX with 250k+ miles on it.
Would my best bet be to just go ahead and purchase a loaded strut assembly for the front vs. individual strut and springs.
I assume this comes fully assembled? 2005-2006 Acura MDX 5-DOOR Shock Absorber Assembly, R Front 51601-S3V-A16 | OEMAcuraPart

What else should I replace in the back aside from strut and springs? end links, upper and lower arms? ...?

TIA

The fully assembled strut assembly is definitely the way to go as by now it isn't just the strut that is worn out, but the spring, strut mount, everything. Shop around though because I have seen the OEM online sellers vary by as much as $70 on strut assemblies. The rest of it is hard to know without seeing the car and evaluating it.
