Wow - the MDX is fast ... who needs a 3.8L!

The blurb on the varying stopping distance with the "rear end to step out slightly" is somewhat worrisome.

Actually if you install high performance headers and exhaust and implant a high performance systems management chip, you can shave a second off of that 0-60 in a stock MDX. so...0-60 in 6.6 seconds is Sports car category my friend.

Perhaps in someones dreams... Unless you are willing to bypass the catalytic converter - the single most restrictive item in the exhaust system - the improvements will be FAR less dramatic.
Even without the converter, I doubt you could pick up a second without serious internal mods or a blower.

Where does one find a header for the X? None of the Acura dealers around here seem to know anything about sanctioned aftermarket headers?
