  1. First Generation MDX (2001-2006)
    So I searched this site completely and found few threads. Most (including Honda) recommends removing upper and part of lower manifold etc. That is a time consuming AND expensive (change gaskets etc.) It can be replaced by removing power steering pump. NOT easy but doable. Hope this helps...
