Am considering the Advance package on a new purchase. Do you like the Active Damper System? Any of the other Advance features you would comment on?
Thank you

My favorite features are:
  • auto fold side mirrors, perfect for tight parking spots and home garage (might be standard)
  • 360 Degree camera, I have it set to come on at 7 mph or less, helps with parking or maneuvering in very tight spots
  • Auto heated/cooled seats, I like you don't have to think about activating them and they seem to feel just right in the southwestern summers (no sweaty back sides)
  • LED fogs, extra light directly up front of the MDX and a little more side illumination for very dark roads if you need to turn
  • Auto dim side mirrors do an excellent job not blinding you at night since every car now has HIDs or LED headlights
  • I haven't driven a MDX without active dampers, you might have to drive an MDX with and without them to feel the difference. So Far, the active dampers feel like my 11 MDX Adv with ADS magnetic struts/shocks as far as reducing body roll, squat on acceleration, and dive during braking. Very smooth and controlled on side street and hwy with active dampers.

The 2nd row captain chairs are OK. The don't have a lot of adjustments other than forward/back and slight recline. I don't think I gain anything with captain chairs compared to having a 2nd row bench. They look good; but, the bench 2nd row is more functional.

Nice color. Almost got it, then I saw someone’s 18 tech and saw how how easily they git scratches on the door.
Decided to go with white

I did paint protective film and ceramic coating to help with scratches. I also only do hand washing with foam sprayer so I don't touch the paint that often. Not a perfect protection solution; but, so far so good. I just really like the blue color.
