2015 mdx hwy issues

Has anyone noticed the lag and jolt getting on and of the gas at Cruising speeds on the hwy and the RPM’s jumping around and or know what would cause this issue with this vehicle. Also the car has a very rough idle when sitting at stop lights or just sitting at a stop light. Dealer replaced motor mounts but did not fix the issue
