Lease Disposition fee-NO
So I am working on leasing a 2017 Acura MDX Advance for the wife. I am flashing through the new offers out Mar1 and somewhere I see a $350 Disposition fee if the lessee does not buy out the lease or lease a new Acura. There is already a $595 acquisition fee in a lease deal, now they are wanting to tack it on the end.
I am sorry but this is wrong. There are many unforeseen reasons why someone would not lease or buy out a vehicle. For sure there is no way to know how happy you will be with a vehicle up front to agree to a $350 fee at the end.
As consumers, we need to find a way to stop this type of practice. It is just another way we get fleeced. I am trying to figure out a way to get out of it. If anyone has any ideas, I would like to hear.
