Which dealership do you all go to in IL

Hello all,

Just curious to know which Acura dealership you guys go to for service / warranty work. It seems like mine when stuff is warrantable, I have to go through hoops and call Acura directly to get it replaced.

I take mine to Muller's Woodfield Acura in Hoffman Estates. Even though it's not the closest dealer to my home, their service department is outstanding.

I use to take mine to McGrath Acura in Morton Grove. I loved the people there. But its been awhile since I been there. My warranty is expired. If I need major service done, I'll probably go to Haas Inc.

Nsxtasy,

Have you had to get any warranty work done at Mullers? Seems like I had jump through hoops when I had to get warranty done. Better yet who do you see there when you go?

Yes, I've had warranty work done there, but not in a while (since I haven't had a car under warranty in a while). I haven't had any problems though when I did. I just see any of their service writers - Ray, John, Kim, etc. Mark, the service director, is usually there and you can talk with him if you have any issues.

In the parts department, Mike has really come through for me with good discounts.

BTW, there are two McGrath Acuras - one in Morton Grove (where I assume you went), and the other one in Westmont.

Mcgrath Acura of Wesmont (on Ogden) hands down!!

My X recently fell out of warranty, but Chuck (service manager) still does $200 fixes (had to have my entire air filter box pulled out and replaced due to warped screw holes...) for free!

I've also been to Mueller's in Woodfield on more than one occasion and receiving good service there is like going to the Casino- you never really know if you're gonna leave there a winner- really depends on who u deal with in their service department...IMHO
