To your link - this seller only has 43 ppl rated him, I wouldn't rely on this seller. Plus, the cost is suspiciously low (I mean - come on - $260, really?). Seems too low.
The kit is complete.
Since you are removing the left side mount to install a new belt, might as well replace the mount (11 years, chances are it's shot). Mine looke mildly fading back in 2014, I'll definitely replace it during next timing belt change, as well as the rest of the mounts.
Also, if you are replacing the timing belt, that means code 4, which also means spark plugs and valve adjustment. While replacing the spark plugs, take a close look at the coils, they might need replacing as well.
Remember to double check proper timing is set before starting your engine after replacing the belt, otherwise you might tell your engine bye-bye.
