Bad CD message 2012 Acura MDX

I'm trying to find which fuse to remove to turn power off to my audio/cd changing system as I have a "BAD CD" message and the unit makes the noise as though it's trying to eject-but notta. I've tried to insert another CD part way to help bring the bad one out, but that didn't work. I've tried to use tweezers, but that didn't work. It's as though nothing is there, but it's working to eject nothing.

Another trick I've read is to remove the fuse for 15 mins and then replace it in an attempt to trick the system. The owners manual does not give a very good choice as to which fuse runs this unit. I looked at the fuse boxes and they simply don't have labels specifying-remove # 1, 2,3, 4 or 5 for the component in dash...There's a TECH fuse, but what does that control? Is it the Audio fuse that controls this unit? IDK...Owners manual is a bit shy about divulging detail.

Any help would be appreciated.

Anyone solve this? My 2012 RES dvd drive does this. No disc in it, but it acts like there's one stuck in there and tries to spit it out for 2 minutes every time you open the door or start the car.
