I use Mobil1 ATF. I felt no slippage before or afterwards. But you will need an extra quart of whatever oil you chooses (just in case). You can see yourself how much of it comes out into your bucket.
It is very simple to drain, the plug is in close proximity to the motor oil drain plug also.
For myself, I found that it is almost impossible to refill it through the refill hole, so I used a very narrow funnel and refilled it through the transmission dipstick hole.
You will also need to about 2 more "flushes" or "drains and refills," because unlike motor oil replacement, the transmission fluid replacement procedures does not completely flushes the fluid out.
But, like others have posted, do the 2nd and 3rd "drain and refills" or "flushes" after some miles in between. Somewhere around a few hundreds miles would do (in between flushes). Afterward, replacing the transmission fluid is limited to what Acura suggest.
