Click when braking or accelerating on 09MDX

have anyone experiences "click" noise comming from suspension or wheel area during braking, or accelerating, in both forward and reverse direction and have it fix by dealer here? I had dealer look at it for few times but they always unable to hear the noise, as warranty expire soon i finally take the tech out for a test drive and now they hear it. dealer said this is likely from my brake pad worn out, and are moving in the bracket and so produce the noise, is this possible?? (I recall hearing this as long as 1st year ownership). the dealer will try the TSB, a friends of mine has the TSB 08-005 done on his 07 MDX, but my 2009 is out of VIN range. is it also possible the Canadian VIN sequences is different then US VIN system? thanks!

I had this same "click" on my ML350 every time I touched the brake pedal when moving forward or reverse. Took it to the Mercedes dealer and they said "excessive movement of brake pad." They gave me new brakes under warranty. Sound came back in six weeks. I took it back in, they heard it again, and lubed the pads. Sound went away for another month or two, then came back. I took it to the dealer, they heard it again, lubed the brakes again. Sound went away for a while then came back! Now I have an MDX. No more clicking....yet.

Had this same problem. It was the compliance bushings (tsb). If you lift and lower it the sound goes away temporarily. Which makes it harder to diagnose.

thanks, TSB 08-015 was done yesterday, i have driven 50KM since and did not hear a single click yet!! i hope it stay that way!!
the dealer also fixed the crushing sound/squeeze noise comming rear area when i drove over a bump. i was told they replace the rear stabilizer busing, now I saw the TSB 09-002 and it seems my dealer had used different part to the TSB.

Isn't TSB 08-015 for a leaking sunroof? Or did you mean TSB 08-005?
