What Mods to do to 2009 MDX?
Hey guys, I just got a 2009 MDX Sports Package, and I need some suggestions, hopefully with some links on what to do to my MDX.

Modifications should be a matter of personal preference. The MDX is an excellent SUV, bone stock. There's nothing that HAS to be modified. I recommend living with it that way, bone stock, for at least 4-6 months. After that period of time, you may find that there are things YOU wish were in some way different, and those are the things that you should modify. Decide this for yourself after living with the car and getting familiar with it, and don't listen to what anyone else tells you to do.
When you're ready to consider them, Acura makes a wide range of accessories for the car, which you can find listed here. (If you order from that website, which is for a sponsor of mdxers.org and has excellent prices, make sure to use the coupon codes you'll find here, for reduced shipping rates.) |

not trying to "improve" anything mechanical wise. Just need ideas mainly cosmetic and maybe lighting. gonna eventually put hid's in the fogs. has anyone did this? how hard is it? ive installed hids in fogs before just need to know as to what bolts (how many) and what size bolts are down there.

I think going with some aftermarket or other Acura type wheels (IE: ZDX, 19" Advanced wheels) is a good start. IMO I don't like the stock '07-'09 wheels. Its not that they don't look good on the surface, but its the fact that the offset makes them look so tucked in.
I prefer the wider offset look.
