Code input error RES

Hi
i put the wrong code in my overhead dvd unit( i was using the stereo code not the dvd code). The manual says to wait a hour for it to reset however it is 24hours later and still nothing. I have tried unplugging the battery and still nothing.
Is there anything that i can do to reset it so i can enter the correct code.

It takes time for the computer to reset itself...try leaving your battery diconnected for 30 min then connect it and type in ur cd player code then try ur dvd player code

Error is not going to reset unless battery is disconnected !
